Description: Itoh or intersectional peonies are rare hybrids between typical garden peonies and tree peonies. Showcasing exceptionally bright red blooms, these collector favourites' are easy to grow and hardy for Ottawa winters. The heavily dissected foliage is bushy, deep green and pronged. Large, single bloom flowers appear in the early spring, petals emerging deep scarlet red surrounding frilly, yellow/orange stamens. If replacement is necessary, the customer is responsible for presenting the failed plant material and the original purchase invoice.
