Latin Name: Bromeliaceae Guzmania
Description: Perfect as a gift, or for new indoor gardeners, the bromeliad is best known for its unique colour and pineapple-like foliage. Bromeliads only bloom once every few months, but once the flowers are spent, they can send off "pups" that you can repot to get more flowers! Colours are subject to availability.
Watering: Prefers soil to be on the drier side. Soak soil and roots entirely, and wait until soil is nearly dry (top 1/3). Repeat as needed, typically every 2 weeks.
Growth Rate: Fast
Shape: Upright, mounding
Sun or Shade: Sun, indirect bright light
Difficulty level: Easy, requires some patience
