Latin Name: Camellia Sinensis
Description: Soft green leaves emerge on new and old wood, making the green tea plant a vivacious grower. Small white flowers may appear in the summer, and should they be brought outside can be pollinated by local bees.

Watering: Do not let the plant dry out. A good practice is to use a soil moisture meter towards the inside of the roots, or use your finger to best decide how saturated the soil it. A thorough soak every 10-15 days is a good benchmark.
