Latin Name: Deschampsia cespitosa 'Goldtau'

Description: Also known as 'Golden Dew' Tufted Hair Grass, this native cultivar bred for it's beautiful golden colour and soft plumes. Golden seed heads bloom from deep green foliage and transition to a bronze in the fall. An excellent choice for low maintenance xeriscaping or accent planting in part-sun gardens. 

Most growth occurs in the spring and fall (cool cycle).
