Description: Commonly known as Narrowleaf bluestar, this variety is well known for both it's blooms as well as it's fall colour. Star-shaped blue florets bloom in the early summer, and as the season cools, the foliage turns a striking yellow-orange, reminiscent of the blooms on a smokebush tree. Considered very tender in the Ottawa and Eastern Quebec regions.
