Description: The Montgomery astilbe is perfect for adding warm tones to shady gardens. Deep red and bronze foliage emerges early in the spring. Soft tufts of red florets bloom through June and July, sending new spires if the spent blooms are removed. Great for underplanting large trees or filling shady areas.
