LAMIUM MACULATUM WHITE NANCY

Description: Sometimes referred to as the Spotted Dead Nettle, this semi-evergreen perennial is prized for its bright, heart-shaped, silver-green foliage which is lovely for adding a touch of brightness to shady locations. Thin green margins and dark green veining surround the inner pale green-silver tones on each leaf, creating a gorgeous contrast. Small, white hooded flowers rise in minute, upright clusters slightly above the foliage in the late spring, and bloom abundantly for over 10 weeks, and even sporadically into the fall season. After flowering, foliage and spent blooms can be cut back to encourage further blooming and to maintain a neat and tidy habit.
