Description: Commonly known as Purple Coneflower, this native, long-blooming perennial is a garden favourite. The flowers themselves are long-lasting, showcasing large daisy-like flowers sitting atop stems dressed in slightly toothed, lance shaped leaves. The drooping petals surround a rich, dark brown cone filled with nectar that is a pollinator favourite. Drought tolerant, easy to care for with vigorous blooms, it's easy to see why this perennial is a hit year after year.
