Latin Name: Aruncus hybrid 'Chantilly Lace'
Description: A Proven Winners' cultivar, also known as Chantilly Lace Goatsbeard. Excellent plant for moist conditions and damp landscapes. Fern like foliage grows in the early spring, while soft pinnacles of lacy-cream florets bloom in the mid summer. Very similar to astilbe, but more drought tolerant. It is recommended to cut back after flowering to avoid reseeding, and cut back to the ground each fall.
