HOYA CHOUKE

$11.99

Latin Name: Hoya 'Chouke'

Description: A beautiful accident! This plant was brought into existence through an accidental cross breeding of a Hoya carnosa and a Hoya serpens. It produces lime to medium-green small, soft, round-oval leaves which have a lovely, fuzzy texture and are adorned in small, silver speckles. After reaching maturity, this hoya showcases absolutely gorgeous umbels clustered with small, star shaped, white to pale pink flowers which emit a sweet fragrance. Be careful to only remove flowers after blooming, not the umbels, as these will produce future blooms.

Requires a well draining, succulent-like soil mix to perform best. Use perlite with a regular potting mix for improved drainage. Prefers bright indirect light. Can tolerate some shade, but too little light can affect flowering and overall plant health.

Watering: Requires moderate watering. Allow soil to dry slightly between waterings.

Growth Rate: Grows moderately fast, forming either trailing or climbing vines that can reach several meters in length.

Shape:  Climbing, Trailing, Mounding

Sun or Shade: Prefers bright indirect light. Can tolerate some shade, but too little light can affect flowering and overall plant health.

Difficulty level: Fairly easy, has some specific care needs
