Latin Name: Aeschynanthus radicans
Description: Commonly known as the 'Lipstick Plant" for its stunning, red, tubular flowers. The blooms develop at the terminal ends of the trailing branches, often in groups, above the thick, very dark green, pointed, succulent-like foliage. As the flowers develop, the buds emerge from a dark maroon bud, reminiscent of a tube of lipstick.
Watering: Allow the first two inches of soil to dry out between waterings, and do not allow the plant to sit in standing water for any lengths of time. Does best in a chunky, well draining soil.

In no case shall Peter Knippel Nursery Inc. be liable for more than the amount of the original purchase price.
NOT COVERED: The guarantee does not apply to annuals, tropicals, houseplants, perennials, above-ground planters, sod, bulbs, seeds, customer plants which have been transplanted or ‘final sale’ items. Roses are not guaranteed over the winter months.
We do not guarantee against losses due to vandalism, theft, mechanical or chemical injury, animal damage, pest damage, neglect, improper care or severe weather conditions beyond our control.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY: The purchaser agrees to follow proper planting, maintenance, watering frequency and winter protection.
If replacement is necessary, the customer is responsible for presenting the failed plant material and the original purchase invoice.
